The Undertoad was a 1990's avant - pyschedelic - funk - punk rock band from the Los Angeles area, with a home base in Pomona, CA.  

Leading the charge of a creative explosion in the Pomona Arts Colony's early years, ED tessier founded "The Haven" Coffeehouse and gallery in 1992.  

The band played shows across the southland at venues such as the Music Machine, Munchies, The Frolic Room, and the Claremont Colleges.
