Purchaser is entitled to semi-exclusive licensing rights to one audio item available anywhere on the Extablisment website. This includes the composition and lyrics or words (a printed fakebook version, sames as the ASCAP version in most instances). The recording of that composition is included.

Cost: $20.00 + *

These licensing rights are for 99 years and entitle the purchaser to full use of a particular composition and recording (recording typically provided in a wav file at 24 bits/48khz) in their own works including film, television, video, online content, games, soundtracks, commercials, re-recordings and other iterations of the composition and recording).  

These rights are exclusive to the purchaser save for the right of Extablisment or subsidiaries associated with Salvus corp to use them.  They do not include the publishing rights or ownership of the composition, just their exclusive licensing and use.

The "Recording" will typically be delivered in the form of a 24 bit link to the wave file for download.  A published sheetmusiv version will be provided within 30 days.

*Additional cost:
1. Credit for the composition must go to the listed composers in an appropriate location and format.  

2. In addition, if the product or project inwhich the composition or recording is used earns more than $200,000 in gross revenues an additional payment of $100 must be made. If the product or project in which the composition or recording is used earns more than $400,000 or more in audited ebitda revenue then an additional cost of $200 shall be remitted upon reaching the status for compositions used for longer than 13 seconds in your work. 

3. For compositions used longer than 10 seconds, if the product or project in which the composition or recording is used earns more than $1,000,000 or more in audited ebitda revenue then an additional cost of 0.001% of those revenues shall be remitted with this percentage being doubled for product or project revenue above $10,000,000.
